We track the number of AI estimates you use to manage the 20 estimates per 30-day limit. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Our App uses third-party AI services to analyze photos and generate age and breed estimates. Photos sent for analysis are processed according to the privacy policies of these service providers and are not retained after processing. We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit.
All pet profiles, estimate history, and usage data are stored locally on your device using standard device storage mechanisms. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed from your device. We do not have access to this locally stored data.

Carly The Dog is currently provided as a free service with 20 AI estimates available every 30 days. Please note that this pricing model is subject to change in the future. The App and all AI-generated estimates are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results should not be considered veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carly The Dog, its developers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
